Damages and issues

If your product was damaged or missing in transit, please reach out to us so that we can work out a solution. Depending on availability, an exchange may be possible. Otherwise a refund might be issued.

 

Shipping Concerns

Due to the pandemic, global shipping has changed and hasn't made many improvements. Once a package is shipped, a tracking number will be provided and any concerns regarding undelivered mail should be directed toward USPS or international mail carriers.

Returns

For digital products there will be no returns due to the nature of said product. For any other concerns regarding returns please contact us.

Refunds/Cancellations

For products that have not been shipped yet, we can provide a refund. However once the order is shipped, all sales are final. Please make sure to review your cart before making a purchase.
