Fulfillment times will vary depending on the amount of orders placed throughout the week.

- Typically, it can take 2-5 days for fulfillment.
- New shop updates can take 1-2 weeks for fulfillment.
- If a product is out of stock, we will fulfill the order ASAP.

Our store is still new so I ask for your patience with orders!

All orders are shipped with USPS and will vary in times depending on your location and initial shipping date. 
- Domestic (USA) orders will take 3-10 business days.
- International orders can go from 2-8 weeks or even a few months.

Cost of shipping will vary depending on the destination.

For products that have not been shipped yet, we can provide a refund. However once the order is shipped, all sales are final.

However, if your product was damaged or missing in transit, please reach out to us so that we can work out a solution. Depending on availability, an exchange may be possible. Otherwise a refund might be issued.
