Our shop may carry both IN-STOCK and PRE-ORDER items. If you place an order that contains both, it will not ship out until the pre-order items arrive to us. Updates to the expected arrival dates may be published on both the relevant store page, and on our twitter/x account.

Packages within the U.S. are shipped via USPS with tracking. International packages are shipped through USPS International Mail, or Global Post Shipping. Unfortunately, depending on the partnerships with the USPS, tracking is often delayed significantly, and in some cases does not update at all. If a package seems to go missing entirely, we are open to re-shipping missing packages in these extreme situations after an investigation has been started with relevant post offices. Do note that simply lodging a complaint with USPS tends to have packages 'magically' show up.
