Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

For products that have not been shipped yet, we can provide a refund. However once the order is shipped, all sales are final.


However, if your product was damaged or missing in transit, please reach out to us so that we can work out a solution. Depending on availability, an exchange may be possible. Otherwise a refund might be issued.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on certain items such as digital items.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Do you have international shipping?

Unfortunately we do not currently have international shipping. However, if you would like to order and you reside outside of the USA, please contact us to discuss the estimated shipping cost and process.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
